# Affiliate Program

> Earn a commission on every certified translation order placed through your links.

The ImmiTranslate Affiliate Program pays you a commission on every order placed by the people you refer. You share a tracking link on your website, in a newsletter, in a video or in client emails, and when someone who followed it orders a certified translation, the order is credited to you.

It's free to join and has no minimum activity requirement. It's a good fit for anyone whose audience needs certified translations: immigration attorneys and consultants, visa and relocation services, universities and admissions advisers, bloggers and creators covering immigration or study abroad, newsletters, and community organizations.

## Program terms

| **Tracking window** | 90 days from the last click on one of your links |
| **Hold period** | 30 days after the order is placed, to cover the refund window |
| **Payouts** | Monthly, paid 30 days in arrears |
| **Minimum payout** | \$100. Smaller balances carry over to the next month |
| **Payout methods** | PayPal, Payoneer and Wise worldwide; Zelle and direct deposit (ACH) in the US |

## How to join

**1. Create an account**

Applications are made from an ImmiTranslate account. If you don't have one, [sign up as an affiliate](https://immitranslate.com/signup?as=affiliate). You can use Google or Microsoft.

**2. Apply**

Fill in the [application](https://immitranslate.com/affiliates/apply): your company, country, website, monthly reach and audience, and accept the Affiliate Agreement. We email you a receipt.

**3. Review**

Our team reviews every application by hand within two business days. Until then, your Affiliate Dashboard shows the application as pending.

**4. Get your link**

Once you're approved, we email you, and your [Affiliate Dashboard](https://portal.immitranslate.com/affiliate) has your first tracking link, ready to share.

If you already order translations from us, your account keeps its own dashboard, orders and quotes alongside the affiliate pages.

The [Affiliate Dashboard](https://portal.immitranslate.com/affiliate) updates in real time. It shows clicks, orders, conversion rate and commissions for any date range, with a daily chart and a comparison with the period before.

The Affiliate Dashboard

| Page | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Dashboard** | Your referral link, totals for the date range, a daily activity chart and the latest referred orders. |
| **Links** | Your [tracking links](https://docs.immitranslate.com/affiliates/tracking-links.md), with the referrals and orders each one has brought in. |
| **Referrals** | Every visit through your links, with its landing page, referring site, device and country. Visitors are never identified. |
| **Transactions** | Every referred order with its commission, status, link and sub-ID. Export it as CSV. See [Commissions and Payouts](https://docs.immitranslate.com/affiliates/commissions-and-payouts.md). |
| **Payouts** | Your monthly payouts and their reference numbers. |
